Hello friends and family,

I hope everyone is well. Although we are still in the middle of winter, in only a few short months our days will get longer and we can shed those winter coats and boots! Spring is also the time when Lumenus' annual EMBODY YOGA fundraiser is happening, this year on March 24, 2024.

As you know this has been such an important fundraising event for Lumenus. Funds raised will support some of our most in- need families and individuals.
