On June 18, 2026 Dear Listener will be hosting its first ever poetry slam at Script Haven in Worcester.

To enter, all you have to do is donate £5 to our JustGiving page right here, but make sure you set your name as "visible"! This will automatically enter you into the poetry slam.

Then, all you need to do is bring your best poetry along on the night and get ready to compete. The night will be formed of a number of "knockout" rounds leading to a final between two poets. And the winner of the slam gets a headliner slot (20 minutes) at Dear Listener later this year!

Note: If you would like to donate to our JustGiving page but *not* enter the slam, that's okay as well. Please just make a note of that on your donation.
