Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, my chosen charity The Friary set in West Bridgford , Nottingham. After spending the morning there I learnt so much more about the fantastic work they do and met some incredibly inspiring people . It was free hair cut morning , which was extremely busy. We then visited the allotment were a group were tidying up for the winter and making a hot lunch in the shed.

The Friary’s mission is to empower homeless & vulnerable adults to rebuild their lives by offering practical services advice & emotional support.

They are determined to cater for the needs of the vulnerable in our society by supporting people into recovery and advocating for those without a voice.Every year the charity caters for 15,000 visits from local people who are suffering the effects of homelessness,substance misuse,financial destitution and social isolation.
