I’m running a half marathon this Sunday the 3rd of November in support of The Garden House Hospice which provided care to my father in law who sadly passed away earlier this year. The Hospice provided care and comfort to the whole family and was a place where we could all spend time together with him.
The care began after his diagnosis so it was an environment that was familiar and continues now in supporting his family with their grief. Key to them keeping this level of support is fundraising.
While I do like to run this will be a real challenge and I’ve been told there are hills. Anything you can give will really help to keep me running on the day.
