Rooted Soul Yoga is supporting The Prison Phoenix Trust through Friday Morning Yoga!
Every Friday morning from 7–7:30am on Zoom, I’m offering a free grounding yoga session to ease you into the day. It’s a simple, nourishing half hour: 5 minutes of gentle movement, 20 minutes of breathwork (pranayama), and a short 5-minute meditation to close.
These sessions are open to everyone, and completely free, but if you’re able, I’m inviting you to make a one off, or occasional donation to this JustGiving page in support of The Prison Phoenix Trust, a brilliant charity that brings the transformative practices of yoga and meditation to people in prison.
The session will leave you steady, spacious, and ready for Friday - and your donation will help bring that same sense of peace to those who need it most.
