My latest idea of a ‘nice day out’ is to do a wing walk on 20th June! It seemed like a sensible option when I signed up.

I’m not just doing it for myself, I’m also doing it to raise money for Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare, an amazing local charity that rescues, cares for and rehomes animals who need a bit of extra love and help. They care for up to 400 animals every day and rely on sponsorship and voluntary donations to keep doing what they do best, giving animals a second chance.

If you can spare anything at all, I’d be hugely grateful. Every pound really does make a difference.
