I have been selected to represent Moto Foundation running to raise money for Mind. All of the money raised will go to Mind to support mental health.

After losing a daughter to cancer years ago and struggling with grief, I fell in love with running as a way to help me deal with how I was feeling. I want people to understand that mental health can impact anybody at any time of their lives and that Mind are there to support them.

The Moto Foundation makes a positive difference to communities around Moto's motorway rest-stops. We do this by supporting our national partners, the mental health charities Mind and SAMH (in Scotland), and the Woodland Trust and Wildfowl and Wetland Trust.

The Moto Foundation gives community grants to charities local to Moto's sites (totalling nearly £62,000 in 2023!) and supports a network of adopted schools and community partners (we've donated 230,000 new books to schools since 2006).
