Hi my Name is Debbie I am doing a charity skydive on Sunday the 17th of August and raising money for chris's House . Chris's House is a Centre for help, response and intervention surrounding suicide.

Suicide and talking about our darkest thought is a hard topic for most people and even more so for men.

On October 2023 my life was shattered after losing my husband to suicide. He was the happiest person you would ever come across but behind that mask was someone that was suffering in silence, someone that just felt there was No other way out BUT there is, places like chris's house where there doors are always open and they are always at the end of a phone to make sure you are aware " it is OK not to be ok" .

So my hope is to raise some money for chris's house so that i can help save someone else's life and to try and prevent some other family from going through what our family has had to go through and at the same time keep my husbands memorie alive.
