On the 21st of December 2021 our beautiful best friend Caroline, lost her battle to lung cancer. Her fight was courageous and brave but in the end, she just couldn’t beat the disease.

Caroline left behind 5 Daughters, 7 adoring Grandchildren, a sister and a loving wider extended family.

In life, there are people that can light up a room, and that was Caroline. She had the ability to make you feel like you were the centre of her universe and that’s because she was loving and caring with a heart of gold.

In memory of Caroline, Fiona and I have challenged ourselves to take on HYROX Manchester to help raise money for people living with cancer.

If you don’t know, HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Check it out here :
