The team will pick 10 exercises from the ones they already do during their weekly classes. Maria, who leads our classes, will run the challenge and support us all throughout. She’ll also keep us fueled up with plenty of tea, coffee, and hopefully some cake 🍰☕️.
Since she can’t do the actual exercises because she’ll be keeping us upright, she’s instead doing the Dry January challenge 🍸🤞.
