Story
On 2nd February 2024, Lee Armstrong died, due to an Adrenal Crisis, just 9 days before his 25th birthday.
His death was totally avoidable.
He was an amazing son of Debbie and Mark, loving brother to Chris and Kane, doting daddy to Louis and engaged to his partner, Sally.
As a family, we started our platform called Lee's Light to:
* Remember Lee
* Raise awareness of Addison's Disease
* Raise much needed funds for ADSHG
* Prevent future deaths

From 1st September until 23 October 2026, we will be travelling through Germany, Italy, France and Spain, raising awareness as we go. Any donations along the way, towards our nominated charity, would be a wonderful bonus.
Our nominated charity:
The Addison’s Disease Self-Help Group (ADSHG) is the UK charity supporting everyone affected by adrenal insufficiency, including Addison’s disease.
Everything they do is driven by a bold vision:
"A world where Addison’s disease and adrenal insufficiency are recognised early and managed effectively so that anyone affected can live confidently and thrive."
With your help, they’re working to make that vision a reality. Every penny and pound you raise can make a big difference to this small charity!
