Mental health is a vital aspect of our well-being, yet many individuals struggle in silence, feeling isolated and overwhelmed. This charity provides essential services that empower people to reclaim their lives, offering support, guidance, and hope.

I am aiming to raise £1,000 to help sustain these invaluable programs through taking part in The Strictly experience 2025 with my dance partner, Gary who features in my cover photo! As a beginner in this type of dancing, it's a huge challenge and will culminate in a performance of 2 dances at the Albany theatre on 8th March, see link below for tickets 😁
