Let's Brake the Chains of Debt & Poverty in the South East.
The CAP South East team take on Cycling Against Poverty - to connect all our centres in the South East through pedal power alone....
We're collectively joining all the spokes of our region - from Chipping Norton in the North, to Folkestone in the East, to the Isle of Wight in the South to Hungerford in the West.
Please help us to saddle up for those saddled with debt!
Debbie Bruwer the Henley On Thames Churches Debt centre manager is hitting the road on 9th September to cycle 60 miles from her home office and onto a number of debt centres as well as life skills and job club centres connecting up Wallingford (and Didcot) Debt centre, Peppard Life skills centre, Henley debt centre, Maidenhead debt centre, High Wycombe job club centre and High Wycombe debt centre and back home.
Peter Holland, one of our Area Managers is cycling 169 miles (in stages starting on 5th July) from Lymington to Folkestone, taking in our centres in the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, Southampton, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Worthing, Shoreham-by-sea, Brighton & Hove, Eastbourne, Bexhill-on-Sea, and Hastings & St. Leonard’s.
Many others will be joining the challenge along the way!
