On Sunday 22nd September Stuart and I will be starting our attempt to hike The Ridgeway National trail, starting from Overton Hill in Wiltshire and finishing 6 days later at Ivinghoe Beacon in Buckinghamshire.

The Ridgeway is Englands oldest road and is 87 miles / 139 km long. That is over 3 and a half marathons.

We would like to use this opportunity to help raise some money for the charity MIND.
