FEBRUARY 28 DAY CHALLENGE
Do you need something to motivate you? A change to the routine?
Then why not set yourself a challenge for the 28 days of February?
Could you run, walk or cycle a mile every day?
Could you plan to declutter a bag of stuff from your house each day?
Could you commit to do a mindful meditation every day?
Could you pledge to try a new food or dish every day?
Or perhaps something creative? To paint or knit or crochet every day?
Try eating vegetarian or vegan food for the month?
Just choose something that will challenge you every day of February and let us know what you have decided to do. Then send us updates throughout the next 4 weeks.
You could get sponsored too if that would help to spur you on. Or just do it for fun!
So get involved! Open to all our families, volunteers and supporters.
