On 7 June 2026, we will once again be taking part in the Turks Head 10K in support of Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston. We would be very grateful for your support. This year Team Ramsay will comprise daughters Laura (who ran this 10k for Crossroads last year) and Grace (who ran the London Marathon last year in aid of Crossroads). John and I will complete the team to run the Turks Head 10k 2026.

I have been a trustee of this remarkable local charity since 2023 and have seen first-hand the vital work they do. Crossroads Care supports carers of all ages who look after loved ones in the home with a wide range of needs, including children with complex medical conditions and families facing the challenges of dementia. Crossroads Care also provides community cafes where Carers and their loved ones can meet, and a Saturday Club for young people.
