My mum sadly passed away having lived with the cruel disease, Vascular Dementia for quite a few years. The only organisation that helped my mum and my sister (who was my mums main carer) were Approach Dementia Care. They allowed my sister some respite from caring to go for appointments and shopping for a few hours each week. This is the only thing I can do to acknowledge their help to our mum, even though, its not enough. These organisations need all the support they can get. Please donate a pound or two

I only started running in October, having never running since my schooldays 45 years ago and only intended to run the odd park run.
