Story

Dear Friends, Supporters, and Cricket Enthusiasts,

We are thrilled to announce a unique endeavour undertaken by our charity cricket team, the Deccan Chargers. On the 24th of February, at 09:00, amidst the scenic landscape of the Northampton Racecourse, our team will be participating in the Park Run—a 5KM journey—clad in full batting pads, all in the noble pursuit of supporting the Brain Tumour Charity.

This venture is not just about running; it's a testament to our unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of those affected by brain tumours. As we lace up our running shoes and don our cricket gear, we do so with a shared goal in mind: to raise £500 for this vital cause.

Every stride we take, every donation we receive, brings us closer to our target and, more importantly, closer to providing much-needed support and resources to those battling brain tumours and their families.

We invite you to join us in this meaningful journey. Your support, whether through donations, spreading awareness, cheering us on from the sidelines, or even joining us on the run itself is invaluable and deeply appreciated. Together, let's help to make a tangible difference for those in need.

Thank you for considering our cause, and thank you for your generosity.

Warm regards,

The Deccan Chargers
