I am taking part in Jacobs Journey to Yr Wyddfa with The Movement Centre because I have always enjoyed hiking and want to give something back, so someone who would not necessarily be able to, can reach the summit of Yr Wyddfa.

The Movement Centre is a brilliant charity that supports many families and young people to live full lives regardless of the physical difficulties they may have.
