This May, after many years of plodding about, I'll be attempting to complete my first ever marathon in Edinburgh!

To make sure that the last five months of constant training, hellish runs, and being teetotal hasn't all been in vain, I've decided to commit to taking in the 'Miles for Moggies' challenge as part of the race, and to raise funds for Cats Protection.

Both of our little tinkers, Penny & Parker, were re-homed together from Cats Protection many moons ago, and we would now be lost with out them around!

So, to show my appreciation, I thought I'd take the opportunity of running the marathon to raise some money for Cats Protection as a thank you, and to hopefully help out other cats in need of a home.
