Join Me in Running for a Cause: Support My Royal Park Half Marathon 2024 for the Isha Foundation!
Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,
I am excited to announce that I will be running in the Royal Park Half Marathon in London on October 13, 2024. This year, my journey to the finish line is not just about personal achievement but also about giving back to a cause that has profoundly impacted my life.
Over the past year, I have immersed myself in the practices of Hatha Yoga through the Isha Foundation, where I also trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher. This transformative experience has significantly enriched my life, both in my approach to running and overall well-being. By integrating core yoga practices, advanced techniques to increase lung capacity, meditation, and a Sattvic diet into my training, I have achieved a new level of fitness and inner peace.
I am dedicating this marathon to the Isha Foundation, an international non-profit organisation, dedicated to human well-being, founded by Sadhguru - a yogi, mystic and visionary. Sadhguru has provided me with invaluable tools for personal growth and well-being. Your support will help fund their essential programs like Inner Engineering, which spread the benefits of yoga and holistic practices to countless individuals.
Your donation will make a significant difference.
Every contribution helps, no matter the size, and will encourage me as I prepare for the race. Together, we can support the Isha Foundation’s mission and make a positive impact.
100% of myself is nothing compared to 1% of the whole team. And vice versa. 1% percent of the teams is nothing compared to 100% of myself. And that’s the meaning of teamwork. - Eliud Kipchoge
Yes, it's a teamwork and we are in one team.
