On Sunday, 2nd of June, I will be taking part in the 2024 Vhi Women's Mini Marathon and raising much needed funds for Anam Cara.

Anam Cara is an all-Ireland charity founded by bereaved parents to ensure all families have access to information and support upon the death of their child. We provide a wide range of online and face to face bereavement support services & peer support to all parents regardless of the age or circumstance of their child's death and which are available for as long as they require them. Anam Cara is unique.
