Me and my daughter Holly are taking part in Alzheimer's Society's Trek26 on the Jurassic Coast in June.

We'll be hiking 26 miles in memory of my wonderful Dad Ken who had dementia for the last 10 years of his life.

The trek is going to be a big challenge. But the money we'll raise will hopefully stop other families having to say goodbye to a loved one far too early as you see their memory fade away.
