In any given year, 1 in 4 of us will struggle with a mental health issue.

Last year, CPSL Mind directly supported more than 4,800 residents. They offer crisis support, peer support groups, perinatal support, Discharge Buddy Service, and Good Mood Cafes. These vital services have a real impact in helping people in their recovery from mental health challenges.
