This was me, 7 years ago, completing the 7km Alzheimer's Walk. This was also 1 year after my heart attack. I proved to myself and others, that day, that I could do it.

I am now 65 years of age, and ready to do it all over again. I am a little bit older but that won't stop me from doing as much as I can for this charity that I hold dear.

Anyone who has been affected by Alzheimer's will understand the devastation that comes with it. If I can help make a change, even if it's small, I will do what I can to make that happen.
