AAVS is a small charity which helps veterans, serving personnel and their families. They provide respite, counselling, employability, outdoor activities, clubs and support groups. Every penny raised is spent on our people who need it. AAVS is run and sustained by volunteers and exists through fundraising and grants. I will be cycling 1200 km in 6 days from Helens Tower in Clandeboye to the Ulster Tower on the Somme, following the route of the 36th Ulster Division to the Somme during WW1, to raise money for AAVS and raise awareness of suicide and homelessness among our veterans. Every penny you give to this fantastic charity will make a difference to the lives of our veterans, those serving and their families.
