Thank You – We've Hit Our £420 Target!

This September, the HAILO Ops team took on the One YMCA 140 Challenge to mark the charity's 140th anniversary, and thanks to your generosity, we've already reached our team fundraising target of £420.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated and supported us. Every penny raised goes directly to a great cause, helping One YMCA support vulnerable people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire through supported housing, domestic abuse services, youth programmes, family support, education, community hubs and mental health counselling. Each year, One YMCA supports more than 150,000 people.

The challenge connects the 140km distance between Watford, Bedford and High Wycombe, with a £140 fundraising target for each participant. Pedro, Dennis and Andy from HAILO Ops are each completing 140km throughout September.

Your support has raised £420, which could help fund:

- an overnight residential place for 10 young people

- training for five youth mentors

- a mobile phone and SIM for someone escaping domestic abuse

- a workshop helping parents support young people in the digital world

We're not stopping here. Because of the incredible support we've received, we're continuing to fundraise to help One YMCA reach its wider milestone goal of £14,000.
