Following my prostate cancer surgery in September '24, I produced a video for the FCN/Macmillan 'Nip it in the bud' campaign.

In that video I said that I hoped I could run another marathon and ....you know what, the fantastic opportunity to run Sydney came up - my seventh star.

I'm so pleased that, through this race, I also have the opportunity to raise a pound or two for FCN, a much-needed charity at the moment. I value your support. Thank you!
