The Access to Justice Foundation (AJTF) funds free legal advice where it is most needed. We work to increase the resources available for the provision of free legal advice across the UK and make grants which support marginalised communities protect their fundamental rights and live fulfilling lives.

Each year, law societies across the country organise Legal Walks in aid of the AJTF.

Money raised through Legal Walks is used to fund free legal advice in the form of grants to advice charities working in communities that need it most. The Access to Justice Foundation is committed to grant-making in a regionally proportionate manner.
