As one of the largest non-profit law firms in Tennessee, every year Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands receives thousands of phone calls from individuals across Middle Tennessee seeking legal help. Those individuals maybe unable to afford the financial cost of hiring an attorney or stuck in a devastating situation with nowhere else to turn. In fact, 3 in 4 vulnerable Middle Tennesseans experience at least one legal issue a year. What our organization knows to be true is that one hour with an attorney can change someone's life.
