I will be cycling from the Isle of Sheppy to Weston-Super-Mare covering 205 miles in one day from sunrise trying to beat the sun to arrive in Weston before sunset to raise money for Steel Warriors

Steel Warriors is a charity that aims to reduce the number of young people carrying knives in the UK. They take seized and surrendered knives from London’s streets, melt them down, and recycle the steel into free outdoor calisthenics gyms. They believe lives should be built on steel, not destroyed by it.

They engage young people through high quality, inclusive fitness, wellbeing and personal development sessions at our outdoor gyms, and in schools, community hubs and prisons. Steel Warriors want to provide the first network of free calisthenics gyms across the UK.

They believe our gyms can make a real impact on affected communities, bringing people together and allowing them to build strength, confidence and discipline.
