Desh Foundation UK is proud to support Amnesty International through the 4th British Bangladeshi Business Awards 2026.

Since 2009, Desh Foundation UK has worked to empower, support and celebrate the achievements of the British Bangladeshi community, while promoting community development, entrepreneurship, education and charitable causes.

The BBB Awards 2026, taking place on 25 October at The Bingley Hall, Birmingham, brings together members of the community to recognise outstanding achievements and celebrate the contributions of British Bangladeshis across the UK and beyond.

This year, we are also using the occasion to raise funds for Amnesty International, a global movement of people standing up for human rights and against injustice.

Amnesty works on human rights issues around the world, including the rights and protection of civilians affected by the genocide in Palestine, refugee and migrant rights, children’s rights, women’s rights and the prevention of torture.

At Desh Foundation UK, we believe that celebrating success also means giving back and standing together for humanity. Through this fundraiser, we hope to bring the British Bangladeshi community together in support of human rights and people facing injustice around the world.
