As a parent and a teacher, I see firsthand the importance of giving every child the opportunity to succeed, no matter their background. I am running the London Marathon to raise money for Barnardo’s because they work tirelessly to support vulnerable children who face challenges like poverty, neglect, and mental health issues. Barnardo’s helps provide the care, resources, and guidance these children need to build brighter futures. By raising funds, I hope to contribute to their vital work, ensuring that every child has the chance to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
