Dave / Dad sadly left us in early January. He was a generous, loving, supportive, sometimes (unintentionally) hilarious, Scottish island-hopping, bird-watching, bike-riding, tree-felling, whisky-drinking, grand-design house-building, husband, dad, grandad, uncle, and friend. We miss him very much.

Dad was an eternally curious person, and when diagnosed with glioblastoma, became interested in the hitherto few developments into treatment of this rare and aggressive type of cancer. It would please him to know that donations on his behalf will fund research and roll out of new ways to cure this and all types of brain tumours.
