In February 2026, I’ll be running the Cairo Half Marathon to support displaced Palestinian families living in Egypt. This will be our charity’s third visit to Egypt.

During this trip, we will be hosting Palestinian families, sharing meals, listening to their stories, and personally delivering the donations we raise. Your support will help cover the costs of hosting and feeding these families, as well as contribute to our wider humanitarian projects throughout the year.

I’m training hard, but the real impact comes from your generosity. I will share updates from my journey and from our time on the ground in Egypt so you can see the difference you’re helping to make.
