The Junior League of Washington’s (JLW) Little Black Dress Initiative (LBDI) is “Empowering Women to Thrive and Shine.” This year, we are focused on addressing mental and physical health challenges women of all walks of life may face, while raising funds to support JLW’s Community Assistance Grants.
