I’m super excited to be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 13th October for Evolve Housing + Support and would be very grateful for your help with raising £1000 for this fantastic charity!

Evolve provides safe accommodation and flexible support services for Londoners who experience homelessness—from care leavers and teenage parents to young people and vulnerable adults. The charity is dedicated to helping these individuals build better mental health and resilience, access new opportunities, and eventually move on to living independently.

Your donations will directly contribute to Evolve’s support services like:

- 121 sessions with a dedicated key worker

- In-house workshops and clubs that prevent isolation and encourage connection

- Access to valuable training, education and employment opportunities

- Specialist therapy to help address past traumas
