Story
The MS Therapy Centre has been an important part of my life since 2013 when I was diagnosed with MS and started to attend for regular hyperbaric oxygen treatment to help manage my symptoms and hopefully improve my long term outcomes.
Although there is excellent robust research into the benefits of this treatment for the treatment of MS it is not available from the NHS and without this organisations subsidised provision the treatment would be unaffordable and so not available to the majority of people.
In addition to hyperbaric oxygen the MS Therapy Centre also provides affordable Physiotherapy, Reflexology and Aromatherapy and is a source of support and activities for people with MS.
The MS Therapy Centre is fully reliant upon donations and fundraising to continue its essential work thus despite my horrific fear of heights I am launching myself from the Forth Rail Bridge - your support would be greatly appreciated
