I don't know why I've agreed to this! I think I've gone a bit mad! I'm doing this with an amazing group of women. We swim to clear our minds. This might just wash them away with the tide! We shall see!

I’m taking on one of the UK’s most iconic open water swims, a tidal journey through the stunning Aune Estuary in South Devon.

It’s a proper challenge. Fast-flowing water, beautiful scenery, and hundreds of swimmers all chasing that final moment: I did it.

I’m doing it to raise money for Level Water – a brilliant charity providing 1-to-1 swimming lessons for children with disabilities. These lessons are joyful, empowering, and completely life-changing.

Every £15 raised gives a child the chance to learn to swim.
