For those of you that don’t know me me name is Diane Sisi and I head up the Aird Unit within Stranraer Academy and I have the pleasure of teaching pupils with severe and complex needs. Ive been married to Peter for 18 years and we have a beautiful daughter, Anna who’s 14.

Anyone that knows me knows how much I adore and care for young people, and after watching my mum take part in ‘Ayrshire Does Strictly’ last year and how much difference the fundraising made to a community that really needed it, I couldn’t say no when given the opportunity to do the same in 2023.

I have never danced apart from the odd Mum shimmy on a night out, so this will be a bit of a learning curve! I will work my hardest with my partner, Frederico, to put on a show, that’s entertaining.

Any kind of donation will be so welcome. No matter how big or how small, I know times are tough, so every single penny will mean the world and those that donate I will keep you posted of my progress for a laugh if nothing else!
