I have taken part in a few horse rides for charity in the past so when presented with the opportunity of taking part in a 10 mile fancy dress ride, organised by Wimbledon Village Stables, I jumped at the chance. Two charities are being supported by the ride, WPCC - Wimbledon Common, Putney Heath and Putney Lower Common (Conservators) and The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

Over the years - and there have been a lot of them - I have had a number of friends, acquaintances and colleagues who have left this world because of cancer, which is why I have chosen - and ask for your support - for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
