The year is 2022. The place is Bethlehem it is perhaps the best known town on the planet. Its people are suffering. Its healthcare is patchy and cancer is responsible for 1 in 4 deaths. Nobody seems to know of the situation.

The Christmas image and celebrations 'mask' the real, on the ground problems. There is no palliative care and cancer suffers and their families are not well supported. The people simply do not have the resources to care for them. Add to all this COVID and the burdens it has placed on Bethlehem people and the reality is stark.
