Original Story:
As I approach the milestone of turning 60, I have decided to embark on an incredible journey—the Annapurna trek in Nepal, spanning 16 days. This trek is not just a personal challenge, but also a mission to raise funds for a cause close to my heart: Kindled Spirit.
For the past 10 years, Kindled Spirit has been steadfastly supporting young female victims of exploitation and abuse. Through our collaboration with our partner Kshmata in Mumbai, India, the charity empowers vulnerable young women to lead a fulfilling and self-sustaining life through a vocation of their choosing. This is achieved by positive engagement and equipping the women through education, life / vocational skills training and mentoring.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference. Your donations will directly impact the lives of young women, providing them with the tools and resources they need to break free from the cycle of exploitation and abuse. Together, we can help them achieve their dreams and aspirations.
Please join me in this endeavour by visiting our JustGiving page and making a donation. Your generosity will be a beacon of hope, lighting the way for these young girls towards a better tomorrow.
Let's make a positive change together!
Thank you for your support,
Dilip
