This Easter, I’ll be one of twelve volunteers travelling with HCPT Group 3 to take eight wonderful disabled children to France on holiday. This is my second year spending Easter week in this way - and I can't wait for April!

I should've now been by with your bill for dinner as you will be donating that sum here. We would love it if you could tick the *gift aid* option as this adds a free-for-you extra 25% contribution from the government to any donation. As you can imagine - this can tot up to make a significant difference to our final fundraising pot.

Naturally if you feel moved to donate more than your bill, we would be extremely grateful - but this is by no means expected.

On average, life can be 3 times more expensive when raising a disabled child. To take a child away with us on holiday costs £1,500 - so we thank you for your donation tonight which helps us make this respite possible.

Here’s an idea of what your generosity could support on this trip:

£1,500 would cover the full cost of taking a disabled child away on holiday -- £53 takes a child on a day trip into the mountains of Gavarnie -- £18 covers a child’s trip to the petting zoo -- £10 buys a child a pizza on our big night on the town -- £2 brightens a child’s day with an ice cream
