Story
Hi everyone!
Running the London Marathon has always been a dream of mine — and in a couple weeks, I’ll be incredibly fortunate to be turning that dream into reality.
But this isn’t just about me crossing a finish line. I’m running to raise money for a place where dreams are far more meaningful - Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
Training for this marathon has been tough — especially as I’ve never run more than 5km before. But while I’ll be pushing my limits, I know this challenge is temporary. The children at GOSH face challenges every single day, and the hospital works tirelessly to help them overcome them.
GOSH isn't just a hospital, it’s a place where children fighting some of the toughest battles are given world-class care, compassion, and hope. They support not only physical healing, but emotional strength. They help children dream again and give families hope when they need it most.
With every step I take in training and on marathon day, I’ll be running for those kids — the ones who keep smiling despite the odds, and the doctors, nurses, and researchers who fight alongside them.
“Dream, Believe, Achieve.”
These three words are what push me through training — and they perfectly reflect the spirit of GOSH.
I’m asking for your support — not for me, but for the children who are bravely fighting battles they didn’t choose. Let’s raise money to help GOSH continue their incredible work, and give every child the chance to dream, believe, and achieve — just like I’m lucky enough to be doing now.
Thank you for every step you take with me — and for helping turn dreams into reality.
