As part of our International Women’s Day celebrations, Digital & Information Services are hosting an online fundraiser in aid of Belfast & Lisburn Women’s Aid.

Statistics show that on average, every one in four women in Northern Ireland will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime.

Women’s Aid is a voluntary organisation that provides a range of support services to women and children experiencing domestic abuse. This includes emergency accommodation, specialist counselling, group work, personal development programmes, and one-to-one support. They also campaign for legislative change in Northern Ireland and seek to raise awareness of the impact of domestic abuse.

Please join us in raising funds to support their work to enable women, children and young people to live free from violence and abuse.
