100 Pushups a day outdoors in just underwear · 1 September 2025

The OddBalls Foundation is the UK’s leading charity raising awareness of Testicular Cancer - the most common cancer affecting men aged 15 - 49 in the UK, which is both highly treatable and curable when caught early. Check. Detect. Act.

Story

For the past 80+ days, I’ve been doing 100 push-ups every single day as part of my own fitness and discipline journey.

For the month of September, I’m taking it up a notch: I’ll be doing every push-up wearing OddBalls underwear to raise money for the OddBalls Foundation — a fantastic charity dedicated to raising awareness of testicular cancer and reminding men to check themselves.

This cause means a lot to me because testicular cancer is one of the most common cancers in young men, yet with early detection it’s highly treatable. The OddBalls Foundation is out there every day breaking down stigma, educating people, and literally saving lives — and I want to do my part to support that.

💪 100 push-ups a day.

🩲 OddBalls underwear (yep, really).

🎯 All in the name of raising money and awareness for a great cause.

Every donation, no matter how small, makes a huge difference — and if you can’t donate, a share goes a long way too. Together, we can raise awareness, spark conversations, and hopefully smash this fundraising target.
