Story
It is fewer than three weeks now until the Team Diversity become fantastic friends (or enemies) with our saddles and take on the 100km challenge of cycling from Manchester to Blackpool!
The Diversity Foundation has traditionally raised money for programmes supporting mental health care in Uganda, birthplace of our co-founder, Harish. This year, in addition to raising money to support further activities in Uganda, we will also be making a donation to The Booth Centre, providing a help centre for those impacted by homelessness in the Manchester area.
Those taking on the challenge will be Andrew Lydiatt, Arron Michaelovitz, Chris Airey, Chris Green, Emma Hoyle, Stephen Conway and Stu Booy.
We’re asking you to share a little of the pain, not by sitting in a saddle and pedalling for five or six hours, but by contributing to our fundraising. We would really appreciate any help in raising as much money as possible for two fantastic causes. The money raised will be split 50:50 between funding for mental health support in our core destination of Uganda and also supporting those affected by homelessness via The Booth Centre in Manchester.
Thanks in advance - your donations are hugely appreciated.
