Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Charity raise funds for appeals and to support Wards and Departments to provide a comfortable environment for our patients and their families. All funds raised support a specific appeal, ward, department or is used where it is needed most to support patient care.

My name is Divina, a former critical care nurse who worked in ITU for 15 years. Now currently working in Patient Flow Management.

I love nature and also a garden enthusiast.My indoor plants will have a second home as I will be donating them.

I am abseiling from the new block at L&D hospital to support Critical Care Balcony Garden. I believed that through this project it can significantly benefit patients , visitors and staff by promoting well-being.Spending time in the garden can have a a positive impact on mood, reducing feeling of sadness and hopelessness.
