I’m taking on a full SkiErg marathon (42,195m 😅) to raise money for Dementia UK.

This one is personal. I’ve seen what Dementia does to someone and the people around them. It’s a cruel illness that slowly takes memories, personality, and independence.

Dementia UK provides specialist nurses who support families through it all—something that makes a real difference when things feel overwhelming.

A SkiErg marathon is going to hurt, no doubt about that. But it’s nothing compared to what people living with dementia and their families go through every day.
